Grapes coming from hills and tablelands in the Valdichiana DOC/DOP district of Arezzo – Toscana.

Manual, with accurate selection of the grapes.

Grapes:
Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo and other local grapes.

Wine-making procedure:
Traditional in red, with maceration of the pressed grapes – Metodo Ganimede.
Temperature control during fermentation.

Refinement:
In stainless steel containers, with ageing of a part of the product in Slavonian oak wooden boxes.

Food Matches:
It is a dry but smooth wine with good structure, savouriness and persistence.
It is a good wine for many occasions; it fits well with noodles, meat roasts, grilled meat, mature cheeses and pizza.

Suggested serving temperature 18° – 20° Celsius.
