Soft pressure and subsequent fermentation with strict control of the temperature.

In stainless steel containers.

Food Matches:
It is ideal as an aperitif and goes also well with starters, soups, boiled meats and vegetables, young cheeses, fish and pizza.

Suggested serving temperature 10° – 12° Celsius.
